Okay okay....so we've been a bit slack with the updates!! I promise we'll be good from now on!
It's been bit of a crazy few weeks for both of us ( to say the least)! Firstly Claire has been studying like mad for her exam hopefully waiting for results in an email while we're away (I hope they come or she'll be sulking her way through Turkey)!! And well me it's been a busy time with the end of financial year and really busy weekends with work, netball, family birthdays and last minute shopping for this trip! We managed to top all stress with the addition of a blocked drain late last night and are now waiting for a plumber to arrive!! He better get here soon!!
We've both managed to fill our packs to capacity but remain underweight!! WOO HOO! Guess we'll have to buy another bag to bring all our shopping home.....sorry Len there's no space in the bag this year!
We're also madly trying to clean the house before my lil sis Lisa aka Junior (said in a french accent) and her man friend Tone-a lee or just Tony come to stay! And make sure they don't kill Marley the fish that has an eating disorder and depression!! Poor lil dude!
Next blog from us will be from the other side of the world...or maybe Melbourne airport??? Depends how bored we are!
Stay tuned for the next chapter.....in how many drinks were consumed during the flight, who was frisked by security and whether they let Gordo and her first aid kit travel?!!

P.S. NEWS FLASH....the plumber has just arrived!! He better fix it! Or Junior and Tone-a-Lee can take in turns hosing each other off in the backyard!!

Ate Maccas, got boarding pass, sat in departure lounge trying to get damn computer to work, then flight late, could have done duty free shopping after all!
